 Mike and Mel Fitzhugh welcome you to their beautiful Highland home to experience luxury bed and breakfast accommodation.

Holmhill House was built in 1895 and sits in landscaped gardens, just 5 minutes walk from the town of Grantown on Spey, famous for its river and forest walks, fishing, golfing, cycling, distilleries and much, much more .

We offer three luxurious double rooms, two of which have private balconies with views to the Cairngorm mountains.
